steps:
1.Tweak your imei number using mtk engineering tool to
869878000162957 (please change the last 3 digits to any 3 numbers).
* you can also check if imei is valid at www.imei.info
2. Next sms 3G to 141 and wait for response.
If you don't get a positive response change the last 3 digits again and send the sms again. Good luck and happy surfing!

because the imei you generated might be invalid! Most of the imei(s) are used up now sha. But you can still try your luck. You can check if an imei is really valid at: http://www.imei.info You Try these imei(s) :
869878000162676 and 869878000162577
