[opinion] why some developers hate UI works

Came across a discussion on stackexchange and it is about http://programmers.stackexchange.com/questions/40590/why-do-some-programmers-hate-the-ui-part-of-the-development

Myself as a programmer UI is the last thing on my mind. I agree that anybody can design a good UI but not just anybody can write a good working program. If you have been a part of projectnaija.com from last year you will notice that I didn't take UI too seriously.

Ithink UI is actually the most challenging that's why most people gets tired of it. For back end programming, you already have the algorithm and how you want your code to behave so you twist it towards that but for designing an interface...the best you can think of is maybe a color scheme and a rough sketch. so u keep editing till either you feel it's okay...or...till u get bored

I still think UI is easier o. Imagine how useless a well designed html + css template is without any working codes to make things happen. But u can write a full working program with little on no UI

UI is the most challanging to me.
And it takes time.
